Defective Receiver Return Policy and Procedure

Before returning any defective receiver, please carefully read the following information:
  1. Installing unauthorized 3rd party software may be illegal and will certainly void your warranty. LinkTV Media will refuse service for any receiver with installed unauthorized 3rd party software or hardware modification and return it to the customer.

  2. We charge a minimum of $60.00 per unit for all the expired warranty units. If you send a $60.00 check payable to LinkTV Media with the defective unit, the turn around time will be shorter. If the unit is repairable under warranty, LinkTV Media will send the check back with the repaired unit. No repairs will be made until payment is made on units with expired warranty.

  3. Please carefully package your unit and send it to our service department with freight prepaid at the following address below. Also include a note with your name, full street address (Needed for UPS tracking), telephone number with a brief description of the problem.
